Why Amazon rejects this

Amazon's Inventory Loader expects a comma-separated list of the faster shipping options you offer: Next (one day), Second (two day), Domestic, International and Plus. N or a blank cell means none. Words like yes or true, or anything else, can't be matched to an option.

Amazon-specific note

expedited-shipping isn't a yes/no field. It lists the faster shipping options you offer, separated by commas: Next (one day), Second (two day), Domestic, International and Plus. For example, Next,Second offers one-day and two-day shipping. Use N, or leave the cell blank, if you offer none.

Valid values / expected format

  1. ✓Next
  2. ✓Second
  3. ✓Domestic
  4. ✓International
  5. ✓Plus
  6. ✓N

Prevent it next time

  1. ✓Copy-paste allowed values directly from the official template to avoid typos.
  2. ✓Use Excel Data Validation or Google Sheets Data Validation to restrict the column to a dropdown of allowed values.
  3. ✓Check the platform's official documentation for the current list of allowed values, as they can change.

How StriveFormats detects this

StriveFormats splits each expedited-shipping cell at the commas and checks every part against Amazon's option names, in any capitalization. A blank cell or N passes; anything else, such as y, yes or Standard, is flagged.

►Technical detail
Amazon's importer checks this field against a fixed list of accepted values. These are often short codes for internal settings; for example, "active" and "draft" set whether a product is visible. The match is exact and case-sensitive: an extra space, different capitalization, or a synonym (like "enabled" instead of "active") gets the value rejected. The allowed values can change between platform versions, so always check the latest template.
