Handles are made with Shopify's rules: lowercase, accents removed, symbols replaced by hyphens.

The part of a product URL after /products/. It must be lowercase, with letters, numbers and hyphens only, and unique in your store.

The second one gets -1, the third -2 and so on, the same way Shopify numbers duplicates.
